A note from Dianne Baxter
Hello to all the coaches in the RCS Network!
We just recorded our latest edition of our Real Coaching Sips & Tips podcast while hiking around in the Rockies just north of Winter Park. We are finding that conversations about coaching are always filled with gratitude. Little did we know when we bought the domain, Lead Self Lead Others, in 2008, that we would grow our little company into a thriving business and now we are focused on growing our second company, Real Coaching Success, as a way for us to encourage and equip other coaches.
At the top of our gratitude list are our clients, our RCS coaches, our consultants and advisors, and our calling that we believe God gave us in 2009 to go into full time coaching as a way to serve others. As with any new business, there have been some challenging times: in the beginning trying to make ends meet and then trying to coach people during COVID was a little interesting. But here we are and we are going strong and happy to say we still have a full client load but with enough margin to spend time with our parents (5 over the age of 80) and our 7 grandkids.
We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully seeing you at the RCS Coaching Workshop on October 17 & 18 in Tulsa, OK.
