A note from Dianne Baxter
Hello to all the coaches in the RCS Network!
Running a coaching business can be demanding because as small business owners we not only have to provide the service but also manage all the back office. Nathan & I have been working to step up our game this year by becoming more efficient and organized on running both Lead Self Lead Other and Real Coaching Success.
Our two resources we are sending you focus in on the business side of coaching. First, we have an interview with Coach Jim Moss who talks us through the steps he took to resign his full time job to focus on running a full time coaching business. Second, in our new episode of our podcast, Real Coaching Sips & Tips, we get specific about how we have divided up the responsibilities of the business.
