A Note from Dianne Baxter

Hello to all the coaches in the RCS network!

We finally listened to all the feedback we have received from the RCS network. We recorded our first podcast, Real Coaching Sips & Tips. I was a little nervous at first but we think it came out pretty good. Our purpose for the podcast is to encourage and equip coaches by letting coaches in on an unedited conversation between Nathan & I talking about our week of coaching, and also answering the most common questions we have received from coaches we have trained over the years.

I would love you feedback on the content when you get a chance.

We both love coaching but it makes it really special when in this season of our lives we get to work in our passion together as a team. By God’s grace, we have figured out how to bring out the best in each other because we are very different and we coach differently as well. If you have read our book, then you know what I am talking about.

“True North is the internal compass that guides you successfully through life. It represents who you are as a human being at your deepest level. It is your orienting point — your fixed point in a spinning world — that helps you stay on track as a person. Your True North is based on what is most important to you, your most cherished values, your passions, and motivation, the sources of satisfaction in your life.” (True North, Bill George, 2007)

The podcast is a casual conversation around popular coaching topics including tips, techniques, and tools that will help a coach experience real coaching success. We will also be trying a unique wine during our conversation as a fun way to celebrate the uniqueness of every person we coach.
